Cancer Research UK is a cancer research and awareness charity in the United Kingdom, formed on 4 February 2002 by the merger of The Cancer Research Campaign and the Imperial Cancer Research Fund. Its aim is to reduce the number of deaths from cancer.

BBC Children in Need is the BBC's UK charity. Since 1980 it has raised over £600 million for disadvantaged children and young people in the UK

 I believe this charity is very important as every year i watch children in need and i see the vital important work they do and it makes me believe that they are very important. they help ill children who may be physical ill or mental ill and they help them to either fill comfortable to death or happily and stronger mentally.

they provide water for undeveloped countries they put safe water pumps so people can g=have clean water and not drink dirty water
